Oni K. Taffe

Oni K. Taffe is known as a defender of Immigrant rights and she believes that all people should have the same rights and opportunities in the United States. Ms. Taffe has extensive experience in U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law, representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She has more than 10 years of experience handling various non-immigrant and immigrant visa processing cases. Ms. Taffe’s primary areas of law are Immigration and Matrimonial/Family Law.

Originally, from the island of Jamaica, Ms. Taffe understands the needs of those navigating the immigration process.  Ms. Taffe guides individuals and families through the immigration process whether Stateside or through consular processing, including but not limited to VAWA, DACA, waivers of inadmissibility and adoptions.  Visa Petitions include EB-1, EB-2, EB-5, E-2, L-1, H1-B and TN NAFTA visas. She also helps individuals with Naturalization and other immigration-related needs.

Ms. Taffe also advises businesses on the PERM labor certification process; as well as investors navigating the EB-5 process.  Ms. Taffe is committed to helping families and businesses navigate through the complex immigration process.  She brings a deep understanding and insight of the law to all her clients.

Oni K. Taffe received her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley law school in 2003, and her B.A., from Howard University in 1999.  Ms. Taffe is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Connecticut, and Jamaica, West Indies.
